So…
So what!
I’m still a rock star
I got my rock moves
And I don’t need you
And guess what?
I’m havin’ more fun
And now that we’re done
I’m gonna show you
Tonight…
I’m alright
I’m just fine
And you’re a tool
So…
So what!
I am a rock star
I got my rock moves
And I don’t want you tonight – So What by Pink
I really like OpenID. I think it’s a terrific idea. It allows you to use one id (like for example your LiveJournal user id, your Yahoo! id, or even your username here) to log into a number of websites, using only one username and password. It makes logging in so much easier, and in some cases, safer. I use my own OpenID at a few places including AboutUs Wiki.
I was playing around with the feed for the blog today. I use Feedburner because it’s fairly straight forward and easy to use. But I’m also Canadian, and so I wanted visitors to be able to subscribe to my blog easily using Canada.com. I owe no allegiance to Canwest, but they have a pretty good web portal, and people do use it. So it should be available.
That said, trying to add a new service to the feed was… annoying. But I figured it out. I had to add a feed flare unit, which I now how on this domain. So if anyone wants to add them as well, drop me an e-mail and I’ll give you the file URL. The good news is that those nice folks who use canada.com for their feeds can now add this one. Right, if we get one subscriber, it will have been worth the headache.
I put up a couple of poems and an “editorial” a few days ago. They’re meant to be creative accents to the stories while I work on the next books. It could be a while, so please don’t hold your breath.
Cheers.
